All articles, images, and other content submitted to the Shadow Path Journal must be previously unpublished and must be your own work. Please ensure that sources are properly cited when writing an article and that you have full rights to use all elements of your work.
By
submitting an article, image, or other work to us, you acknowledge and accept
that you give Devil’s Mark Ministries, LLC first serial rights to publish your
work both globally and perpetually.
This just
means that you are giving us the right to be first to publish your work and
distribute it internationally for as long as the newsletter runs. You will
still own the article, image, or other work and will retain the rights to
republish or sell it if you choose.
Please note
that, while the newsletter is currently free for Patrons, the eventual goal is
to offer print and audio issues for sale. By submitting to us, you acknowledge
and accept the rights of Devil’s Mark Ministries, LLC to eventually include
your submissions in the issues offered for sale. Proceeds from sales will be
put back into the ministry to support our efforts and the community.
